
When disharmony occurs, in music or in our lives, is it because the group has ceased to work together? Whether the group is a family, office mates, class or the sailing club, when one person decides they are more important than the group, the group falls into disharmony.
Harmony is going to occur when the members of the group work selflessly, not selfishly. It is hard. We all want recognition and applause and acknowledgement. But that is not what we are called to do:
Acts 2:43: And all the believers lived in a wonderful harmony. . .
